Refund and Return Policy

At mystylord, we take pride in the spiritual and cultural value of our items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK) If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Our 30-Day Guarantee Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a 30-calendar day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Note: Ritualized amulets that have been specifically consecrated or personalized for the user are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at offices@mystylord.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Shipping The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
